Collect
We arrange scheduled collection and delivery across the UK. Records are audited on entry, with information captured for traceability and authorised online access through Box Clever.
02 / Summarise
Summarise
Trained staff can summarise patient records directly in a practice’s clinical system, for backlog or ongoing work. Project reporting and an experienced account manager support the service.
03 / Digitise
Digitise
Choose scan-on-demand for a stored file, scanning into Box Clever or a clinical system, or plan a bulk scanning project.
04 / Business continuity
Business continuity
We work with each surgery on a plan for continued access to patient records, combining secure off-site storage, audit, digital retrieval and Box Clever access. Digital SCR options are available on request.
05 / Store
Store
Patient records can be transferred from a surgery or an existing provider. Incoming boxes and patient records are audited, discrepancies are corrected, and references are entered into Box Clever.
